Sunflower's Story
Sunflower
Meet Sunflower! We met this girl when she wandered into our office in Delhi, CA, dripping wet on a stormy day. Despite our best efforts, we could not find her owners. We took her to the Merced County Animal Shelter, but leaving her there for too long broke our hearts, so we offered to keep her as a foster until she’s adopted.
She is ready to be part of a loving home! She is a gray Pit Bull with white markings on her head and chest. She loves people and has very sweet and playful personality. She does well with other animals, and has not shown any aggressive behavior with any people she has come into contact with.
She got over kennel cough a couple weeks ago which she picked up at the shelter, but otherwise has no health issues. If you are interested in adopting Sunflower, you can contact me or Merced County Animal Shelter as they will facilitate the meet and greet and provide the paper work to make the adoption official.
